Provider Order Options- Future State If a patient needs to be admitted due to Suicide/Homicide or Drug Overdose concern: [588] Suicide/Homicide OR Drug Overdose Admission If a patient has been previously admitted and requires add-on orders: [1475] Suicide/Homicide Management Orders 2
Patient Safety Both order sets contain an optimized Patient Safety section to align with SLHS Policy, PC-221 3

New- Individual Orderable Removal Suicide Precautions is removed as an option to order outside of the order set and triage panel 7
1:1 Observation Orderable Changes 1:1 Observation single orderable will be divided into 3 separate orders to easily identify the indication The BPA below will fire when a single orderable for 1:1 Observation- Suicidal/Homicidal Ideation is placed. 8
