UCL HUMAN RESOURCES MyHR MyHR launches on 06 February 2020 Preparing for UCL s new HR & Payroll System
Introducing MyHR UCL s new HR & Payroll system, MyHR, will launch on Thursday 6 February MyHR will integrate with MyFinance (already in use across UCL). This will provide us with a single, fully integrated HR and Finance management system MyHR will replace a number of existing HR Systems including: Service in Partnership (SiP) ResourceLink MyView, Employee and Manager Self-service Learning Electronic Records System (LERS) and the Single Training Booking System (STBS) Reminder systems
What will MyHR mean for UCL staff? You will log into a single portal for all your HR and Finance tasks You will view your payslip in MyHR instead of MyView You will book annual leave through MyHR instead of MyView (if you currently use MyView) You will book training courses and access your learning record in MyHR You will be able to update your personal details (address, emergency contacts), including bank details, at the click of a button on the MyHR self-service portal
MyHR Go-Live Dates MyHR Self Service 6 February 2020 MyReports - 6 February 2020 Department Transactions - 10 February 2020 MyLearning - 17 February 2020 MyFinance Will be unavailable from 3pm on 22 January until MyHR Self- Services goes live on 6 February 2020
