1) Log in to FAMIS. 2) Click on the word Space to access Visual Map and Space Search
To Search for Properties Click on the FIND tab and the use the drop down and choose Property
Type in the Properties Box the entire property name or some part of it and click on the find bottom on the Bottom Right. If you are looking for something at VIMS or Highland make sure to choose the correct Region. Choose Your Region Run the search
If you dont enter any properties and click on Find you will get them all. Tells you how many total properties in database and how many are showing on current screen (in groups of 50) The EXCEL file allows you to capture basic Property Details in a Workbook.
After the Search, results will be in the Table below. Click on the property and the Property Details window will open. Best to Right click on the search result and open in New Tab or window as the Back button does not work in this web site.
You will see the basic details and a list of Attributes that are grouped. If there is and History of Compiling Properties or separating them , you will see info in the Property Comments. Contains all the Spaces Contains Images. Mainly floorplans at this point Contains condensed recent info about History of Building Contains Basic Info (year built, constructed, use, classification, etc) Faacs number, VAPS, Replacement cost and date E&G vs AUX percentage APPA ID, COVA TRAX,SCHEV Fixed assets Contains net cleanable space
