Compatibility mode must be opened in Internet Explorer and not Edge. If you use Edge, then you are able to open Internet Explorer through your browser. Open Internet Explorer through Edge by selecting the ... option in the top right corner of the page. Select the Open with Internet Explorer Option.
Statistics Module works best in Internet Explorer and in order for it to work correctly IE needs to be set to compatibility mode.
Click on the setting icon to start with, a menu should then appear. Click on Compatibility View settings .
You will see the Compatibility View Settings pop-up window. Copy the URL of Stats Module on your account and paste it into the Add this website field. Then click Add .
Once this is done, our VF website will be added to the Compatibility Mode list. At this point you will be able to make full use of the Statistics Module and the Report Designer. To export form data, simply check the relevant boxes you would like to export data for and then click Filter . To use the Report Designer, simply press the Filter button with no options selected.
