Lessons Learnt - The importance of strong leadership support - Engagement is crucial at all levels (level one to three) - Two-way communication mechanism is key in development and implementation of IMS - Importance of Structured approach to integration (proper planning) - Capacity building plays an integral role in development and implementation - Simplicity is the way to go
