Arrival At Saudi Airport Haj Terminal SIM card activation while waiting Holding area ( sim cards can be purchased in Haj Terminal) Passports will be collected by United Agents Office/ Concerned agency before boarding the buses. Office cum Dispensary in Jeddah Haj Terminal. Immigration Hajis to produce passport and provide fingerprint Customs check Maktabul Wukla/SGS staff will take the check in luggage except hand Baggage. People with unfinished legal cases to not travel. Terminal 1 Flights from select embarkation points may land in Terminal 1 (Mostly Saudia Flights) Pilgrims to proceed to Harmain train station/ Bus parking area as the case may be. Board the trains as per the instruction of officials.
A unique identity card NUSUK card will be issued to each pilgrim by the Saudi authorities.

Transportation in Makkah Buses available round the clock Bus points near buildings. Pilgrims will be provided a pass with bus stop number/colour code. Based on Saudi regulations, pilgrims may require to take 2 buses Usually, there is big crowd before Fazr prayer & after Esha For Juma prayer, reach Haram by 9.30 am and return a little late after prayers. Carry snacks/ water. Fridays before and after Haj, very crowded, avoid going if feeling fatigued or unwell.

MOVEMENT TO MINA (evening of 7th of Zul Hijja) Saudi agencies will transport Hajj pilgrims to Mina by bus. Departure times will be posted on notices in the buildings. Wear Ihram and stay inside the building till buses arrive. Carry a small bag with minimum items, may include Ihram, extra slipper, important medicines, umbrella, snacks. If a train ticket is provided, wear it on your wrist. Adahi Coupon will be provided before the departure to Mina
MINA (8th of Zul Hijja) Space constraints in Mina, particularly on first day Meals will be provided by the Service Centers. Meal distribution takes time. Limited sanitation facilities Use umbrella as sunlight will be intense Conserve energy as the next day will be most important for Haj. Remember Mina camp by pole number and street number. If lost on 18 the way to the camp, seek help of Indian Officials / volunteers.
ARAFAT (9th Zul Hijja) Pilgrims reach Arafat before Dhuhr; stay till Maghrib. At sunset, move towards Muzdalifah From Mina camp by train or by bus. Keep train ticket safe till core-Haj is over. Travel in groups Stay hydrated, avoid too much exposure to Sun Adhere to the Train Station Number
Muzdalifah (Night of 9th Zul Hijja) From Arafat, reach Muzdalifah by train or bus after sunset Collect small pebbles for stoning at Jamarat Large crowd. High risk of getting separated Very limited sanitation facilities
JAMARAT MOVEMENT (10th Zul Hijja) Several routes gets blocked. High chances of missing own camp. Follow poles & street numbers to reach the camp in Mina Avoid walking against the flow near Jamarat and in the main walkways Saudi authorities to fix timings for different groups If feeling weak or unable to go for Rami, delegate
Tawaf e Ziyarah Buses are available near Jamarat, but if overcrowded, people walk or take a taxi. Can be performed on 10th/11th/12th Zul Hijja Dense crowd all around
Return To Accommodation After spending three days in Mina, Hajj pilgrims return to their accommodations in Makkah on the 12th of Zul-Hijjah Saudi agencies are responsible for transporting Hajj pilgrims from Mina to their accommodations. However, due to the large pedestrian crowd, buses may experience delays. Pilgrims can either wait for the next day or walk to accomodation. Many choose to walk there. Traveling with minimal luggage is essential.
Pre-departure Baggage Check-in Liquid items, such as Zamzam, are not allowed in luggage. A 5-liter Zamzam will be available upon arrival in India. Airlines are strict about the allotted weight. In case of early departure, pilgrims must purchase their own tickets and travel at their own risk. There is no guarantee of accommodation in Madinah in such cases Airlines will collect baggage from building in advance - about 36- 48 hrs in Makkah; about 16 hrs in Madinah Sending additional luggage to India by courier is the responsibility of the individuals
