Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) is a national apex focusing on community-driven development to address poverty in Pakistan. PPAF's core values include inclusion, participation, transparency, and accountability, with a theory of change combining social mobilization, integrated development strategies, and private/public investment. With strategic positioning and a track record of responding effectively to challenges such as social exclusion, financial exclusion, and natural disasters, PPAF aims to empower communities and reduce poverty through rural development and poverty graduation programs.
