Parable of the Sower - The Seed of the Kingdom
In the parable of the sower, the seed represents the word of the kingdom, sown in different types of soil. The wayside, rocky places, and other conditions illustrate how the word is received and its impact on people's beliefs. The imagery of the sower and the various soils convey profound spiritual lessons about faith, understanding, and the influence of external factors on receiving and nurturing the word. This parable challenges listeners to reflect on how they receive and respond to God's truth, highlighting the significance of a receptive heart for spiritual growth.

http://www.4kingdoms.com/sower.jpg Lessons: for the SOWER and HEARER There is special advantage in the preparing the soil for the seed seed cannot grow just anywhere (Lk. 14: 25-33) We must become discouraged over lack of success in sowing the word only one in four types of hearers is a success! Making Christianity a success one must not allow himself to be entangled with the thorns of cares, riches, pleasures of life. Religion of serving Christ must be primary interest never sacrifice it, compromise it, nor subordinate it to any other.
