Unlike targeted programs that serve specifically identified students, schoolwide plans provide services to all students in the school. What does our program look like? All students receive core instruction in from a highly qualified classroom teacher. In addition to that, all students have WIN Time twice per day. WIN stands for What I Need and can be tailored for specific student needs of all children. During these 30-minute sessions, students can have targeted math lessons, reading lesson, speech supports, enrichments, and/or more. Oregon Department of Education 9
