INITIAL & ONGOING TRAINING Initial Training Ongoing Training The Initial Training process allows you to easily learn how to take advantage of the Parker-Anderson Franchise Website. This is where all the wonderful tools you have access to will allow you to operate your business. Parker-Anderson provides an initial training program to Franchisee and one (1) additional person who is or will be an employee of Franchisee. Parker-Anderson Enrichment s Ongoing Training program includes online meetings, emails, phone conversations and other forms of communication. Our corporate office will help you reach your goals as you enter the world of after school enrichment.

FRANCHISE INVESTMENT HOW MUCH DOES A FRANCHISE COST? Liquid Capital: Initial Franchise Fee: Minimum $25,000 with required net worth of $60,000 $25,900 (Franchise A) $35,900 (Franchise B) You will need capital to start your business because the first year is largely about sales to schools, investment in your business, and, when classes are booked, the ability to pay instructors, pay up front school fees, and purchase supplies for each class. This fee, paid to us, provides you with funding for your training here in thehome office, any travel we may undertake on your behalf, the website creation for your individual franchise, your first year of hands-on support, as well asother costs including legal fees that invariably come up as we proceed. It suggeststhat you are serious about starting up a Parker-Anderson Enrichment franchise. What Do You Get for Your Investment? Support and Training for running a Parker-Anderson Enrichment Franchise. Investment Range: Sales Training for New Accounts. $37,380 - $109,500 Comprehensive Training for the Website Manual. This is not a fee paid to us, but rather comprises the average range you will spend in your first year to market the services, set up your office, purchase your supplies for classes that you book, any legal and business fees that you incur, etc. Comprehensive Training for the Operations Manual. Training videos for every instructor. Fourteen initial multi-week enrichment programs with additional programs added after each year in operation.

TERRITORIES ARE GRANTED AS FOLLOWS: Franchise A This area will include 50 elementary schools, which in most circumstances will also include at least 25 pre-schools and 25 middle schools (junior high). Franchise B This area will include approximately 100 elementary schools, which in most circumstances will also include at least 50 pre-schools and 50 middle schools (junior high).

TESTIMONIALS I was first introduced to Parker-Anderson through my husband, Niels. It was the summer we met, 2012, and he was working as an instructor teaching mainly science courses, his specialty. I remember him telling me how much he enjoyed working with Jamie and Josh and how much he was discovering his passion for teaching science. A year later, when we moved to Orange County, Niels' schedule didn't allow him to continue teaching with the Orange County branch. However, at the time, I was looking for a job in that area so I turned to Parker-Anderson. Starting as an instructor gave me valuable experience teaching most of the classes from the list of offerings. I, like my husband, enjoyed working as an instructor and being part of the Parker-Anderson team. So when the previous Orange County director left and Josh and Jamie offered me the director position, I immediately accepted. And when Parker-Anderson started looking towards franchising, I knew that I wanted to invest more of myself into the company by purchasing the Orange County branch as a franchise. Not only have Josh and Jamie been incredibly supportive throughout the transition, my passion for what Parker-Anderson does has increased tenfold. Getting to work with schools offering much needed programs after school and during summer has been incredibly rewarding both mentally and financially.
