This team provides general leadership and meets weekly to layout steps, strategies, and goals; and provides targeted directives and communication updates to the college, District, and other bodies. It will ASSESS, PLAN, MONITOR, and INFORM. It is not so much a decision making body (though decisions will be made) as it is the foundational and communicate piece that is the foundation to the growing pillars of accreditation, GP, governance, and virtually everything else.
