  3. FINANCIAL YEAR END CHANGES Obtaining of ledger balances Due to high differences in opening balances since before the launch of PD portal and other differences. Evidence to be asked for difference in the same. CAB blocking option available - but ledger balance acts as the same. All Non Loc cheques have been rejected. All existing LOC has been made zero. Change in bank procedures - PTO Lapsable module to be in effect this year.

  4. BANK INTEGRATION Direct integration established with bank in Jul 2016. Procedure of integration is as follows: Cheque sent to bank via back end service Cheque is only sent after all validations and approvals Banker hits service every 15 mins to collect new transactions Second service for confirmation also present unused for most of the NON LOC cheques 2 way payment method present at the banks, hence response not received for some cheques Procedure change orders issued New Integration to take place soon after merger resulting in dynamic response and smooth flow.

  5. SHIFTED CASES All shifted cases must be provided in the given format. Changes must be directed to IMPACT first, before they may be ported in PD portal. Porting also happens with various validations in place with regards to opening balances. If receipts are missing, mention the account and they will be accounted for.

  6. FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS Ledger balance to be entered by Treasury Head for each PD account, if not entered already. Monthly reconciliation must be done with PD portal as well. That is, by checking CB of ledger and CB in portal for that month. Differences to be rectified before closing the account. Cases of duplicate receipts are to be identified and resolved. Cheque status to be checked at Cheque Report before proceeding to the bank. Ensure that all receipts are scroll rounded in IMPACT in order for them to be taken. All lapsable accounts must now select the receipt through which they are making the current expenditure. This will help in lapsing the given account for the next year end.
