Induction week schedule includes workshops, group activities, self-learning, and reflection sessions. Enhances professionalism, evidence-based practice, and collaboration.

Peer Peer Enhanced Enhanced e e- - Placement Placement (PEEP) (PEEP) Alan Monaghan Senior Lecturer
Aim To provide learning experiences that enable students to develop their reasoning to ensure that they can deliver safe, effective, compassionate care. To gain knowledge of other professions roles, understand their core values and work collaboratively to evidence base their practice.
Peer learning Opportunities with service users and practice partners contributing to the three week simulated placement enabling skills and knowledge development. Via TEAMS, MY studies where resources will be given to facilitate learning and development. Development of learning contracts and receive supervision, assessment and feedback formatively and summatively. Covid permitting examine the clients journey through referral and navigation of services.
