Provincial Infrastructure MTECs Provinces are required to manage and coordinate Provincial Infrastructure MTECs as part of the budget process. The purpose of the Infrastructure MTEC forum is to:- Provincial Sector Departments present their infrastructure performance (Conditional Grant Evaluation Report, IRM and HR) and planning (UAmp, IPMP and CPS) to all broader provincial stakeholders enhance integrated planning processes between all relevant stakeholders in infrastructure delivery, prior the finalization of provincial budgets. Integral part of the moderation process 3
Moderation Timelines Will be done from the 30 September 2015 to 9 October 2015 Will be extensive as need to do HR, UAmp, EoY report and IRM in one session. Have an impact on level of debate & discipline. 4
