Sofia Alexandra Garcés Santander is a dedicated Knowledge Management and Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at CONDESAN. With a background in MSc. International Land and Water Management, she focuses on projects related to climate change adaptation in the Andean region. Her work involves analyzing knowledge gaps, supporting the definition of adaptation measures, and enhancing resilience in mountain socio-ecosystems. Sofia is also actively engaged in volunteer work, particularly in a Climbing Club in Ecuador.
