Regularly Scheduled Series Objectives Regularly Scheduled Series Objectives At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to: 1. Review relevant epidemiology, pathophysiology, and etiology of disease states encountered by pharmacists. 2. Describe pertinent pharmacology and pharmacokinetics of medications utilized in disease state management. 3. Discuss emerging literature and therapeutic roles of relevant medications for optimal disease state management. 4. Review applicable new policies, protocols, guidelines and technologies that can enhance the provision of pharmacy services and increase the medication safety.
How to Receive Continuing Education Credit How to Receive Continuing Education Credit Participants must attend the entire, live program and complete the online program evaluation. Only participants who complete the evaluation will receive credit. It is the pharmacist s responsibility to provide his/her correct license information for timely and accurate credit reporting. Program evaluation must be completed within 15 days of the program date to receive continuing pharmacy education credit.
