Photography & Filming Application Form Contd Production Brief Where you intend filming/photography, specific to filming site i.e. footpath north of the main car park, what is the purpose of your filming and description of what you intend to shoot whilst on site i.e.driving scene Drone Operations Drone Footage Required: YES / NO Company Name & Address (if different from applicant): For drone footage the following documentation will also need to be submitted: Operator ID: Flyer ID: A2 Certificate of Competency (for a drone less than 2kg) Risk Assessment Copy of Public Liability insurance (minimum 5,000,000) Note: Please confirm the drone is under this weight or supply the documentation for Operational Authorisation (for a drone more than 2kg but less than 25kg anglianwaterparks.co.uk
