  2. What Year is it? In police contacts with person s suffering from a mental illness, the goal of the Department is to provide a humane, cooperative, compassionate and effective law enforcement response to persons within our community who are afflicted with mental illness. 1948 2017 1955 1971

  4. What Year is it? Mental illness is not necessarily inherited, as any one of us under certain conditions might become mentally ill just as readily as we might become physically ill. 1948 2017 1955 1971

  6. What Year is it? A hysteric or violent mentally disordered person often has little awareness of pain and has super- human strength. Many police holds are worthless for controlling this individual. The carotid control is the recommended method for subduing a violent person. 1948 2017 1955 1971
