MEMBERSHIP MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY ELIGIBILITY On retirement or seperation on medical grounds. Board level appointees on completion of tenure. Voluntary retirement on reaching 50 yrs. Subject to Subject to MINIMUM MINIMUM QUALIFYING QUALIFYING SERVICE Govt./Public Sector Undertaking with minm. 3 3 years SERVICE Total 10 10 years years in Central/State years service in REC. Not applicable in case of appts. made by PESB. Wholly dependant spouse of deceased employee in case employee eligible for membership. Wholly dependant children of deceased member of scheme till 21 yrs. Age. Benefits available only if employee or spouse not availing similar benefits from other department.

INDOOR TREATMENT INDOOR TREATMENT ANNUAL OPD OPD CEILING CEILING EQUIVALENT TO EQUIVALENT FACILTIES AS ADMISSIBLE TO SERVING EMPLOYEES. FULL REIMBURSEMENT IF EMPANELLED HOSPITALS. REIMBURSEMENT RESTRICTED TO SIR GANAGA RAM HOSPITAL IF TRETAMENT IN ANY OTHER HOSPITAL. TRETAMENT IN GOVT./ TRUST/
