Canadian Highlights C4 published the following reference papers: RP_308_2 2020: Power quality trends in the transition to carbon-free electrical energy systems (full paper Cigre Science & Engineering Journal, Vol 17, Feb 2020) RP_308_1 2020: The Need for Enhanced Power System Modelling Techniques and Simulation Tools (full paper Cigre Science & Engineering Journal, Vol 17, Feb 2020) RP_306_1 2019: Defining Power System Resilience (C4.47) Lack of new WG proposals in C4 (partly COVID related?) prompted the Advisory Committee to conduct a gap analysis to determine what areas need work to help meet CIGRE s strategic objectives. Terms of reference for the top ideas will be developed and conveners sought. Top Down approach CIGRE Canada website: Study Committee links need an update. https://c4.cigre.org/; Canadian Participation on Working groups do we want to populate on the web site? 2020 Virtual Study Committee Update Meeting November 6, 2020 11
