Legal obligations of Non-Profit Boards 501(c)(4) Duty of Care-ensure prudent use of all assets Duty of Loyalty-ensure club s activities advance their mission Duty of Obedience-ensure club obeys all laws, regulations and bylaws Strategic Direction: Where is the organization going in the next 3-5 years. Meet with each board member to discuss their role and the strategic direction.
