Borough Answer Responses Barnet 8 Nurse s forums, PCN groups, WhatsApp groups, forum meetings, and combination groups such as "pan varnet forum and WhatsApp group" and "PN forums." Enfield Nurse's forums, the Enfield Practice Nurse Forum, the NCL ICB Nurse Forum, and the Unity Nurse Group led by lead nurses. 6 Haringey Haringey Nurse Forum, Haringey Nurse WhatsApp Group, NCL Nurse Forum, NCL ACP WhatsApp, and various PCN, borough, and NCL groups. Some are unsure or indicate no such groups exist. 5 Islington C2 PCN Nursing Group, Islington Nurses WhatsApp Group, Islington and NCL Nurses Forum, PNA sessions, and PNC monthly education sessions. 3 City & Hackney Monthly online Practice Nurse Forum, and a WhatsApp group. 2 www.lmc.org.uk

Borough Answer Responses Hillingdon NWL and Hillingdon PCN Training Hub, which holds monthly Zoom sessions for nurses and HCAs. 3 Hounslow No 1 Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster A GPN group started in January with a single Teams meeting (Brompton), and there is a virtual nurse forum that is challenging to attend due to irregular scheduling and lack of pre-meeting agendas. 3 Bexley Previously, there was a community forum, but it is no longer active. 2 www.lmc.org.uk

Borough Answer Responses Bromley Practice Nurse Forum and a Hayes wick WhatsApp Group for nurses 2 Greenwich Greenwich Nurses Forum, the Greenwich PN Forum (which meets four times a year), a bi-monthly Nurse Forum organized by the Lead Nurses and Training Hub, clinical supervision and personal development sessions, and twice-yearly PLT sessions. 5 Lambeth GPN Clinical Supervision groups and a Practice Nurse group in Lambeth for all practice nurses. 12 Lewisham Clinical supervision, a Practice Nurse Forum, a diabetes clinical support group for Seven fields, GPN and HCA forums, and three General Practice Nurse Advisors in Lewisham. Additionally, there are nurse facilitators in each PCN, though their effectiveness varies. 6 Southwark Southwark borough-wide GPN and HCA forum. 4 Merton GPN Forums 1 www.lmc.org.uk

Additionally, there are occasional Practice Nurse Forum events, though they are infrequent (Some mentioned none). There are also virtual SWL level meetings starting up, and clinical supervision is available, which is appreciated. 8 www.lmc.org.uk

Borough Answer Responses Barnet Nurses Forum, PCN3 Forum, a WhatsApp group, the Long-Term Conditions Group, Barnet GPNs, the PCN2 Network, the Practice-Based Team, and CEPN. 8 Enfield Enfield Nurse Forum, Unity Nurse Group, and the Haringey Nurse Forum. 6 Haringey Haringey Nurse Forum, North Central and Borough forums. 5 Islington Islington PN Forum and the C2 Nurse Team Group. 3 Newham Newham 2 Tower Hamlets Someone is chair for the GPN Forum and am the administrator for the WhatsApp group. Borough Answer Responses Hillingdon Facebook and WhatsApp groups, as well as the NWL and Hillingdon groups, and find the RCN GPN group very useful. (North connect only) 3 Hounslow None 1 Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster West London GPN group, which has had one Teams meeting so far. 3 Sutton SPIN fellowship, RCN GPN forum 4 Wandsworth Facebook group, the SPIN Fellowship, and the PCN. A few not involved. 8 Bexley Community-based nurse forum, but it seems to have fizzled out since COVID. 2 Ealing Ealing practice nurse forum 1 City & Hackney OCC, as well as a WhatsApp group 2 www.lmc.org.uk

Borough Answer Responses Bromley Bromley Practice Nurse Forum, Bromley GPN/HCA Forum, and the Bromley AP group. 2 Greenwich Greenwich Nurses Forum, serve as an LMC representative, and participate in the Facebook RCN PN Forum. 5 Lambeth Clinical supervision, local PCN groups, the Lambeth Practice Nurse Forum, and various nurse forums and supervision groups. 12 Lewisham Practice Nurse Forum, Lewisham Nurse Forum, the Practice Nurses Forum, the Diabetes Clinical Support Group, and the GPN forums run by GPN Advisors. Additionally, I serve as a General Practice Nurse Advisor for all of Lewisham, along with two other advisors. 6 Southwark Nurse Forum and the Nexus Nurses group. 4 Merton Merton practice nurse forum. 1 www.lmc.org.uk

Networking opportunities with other practice nurses. Education and Training: Stay updated with relevant training, education, and clinical Updates. Learn about local health priorities and new services. Opportunities for career development and skill enhancement. Changes to QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework) and other enhanced services. National and local clinical guidance and protocols. Training and Education: Opportunities for training, refreshers, and understanding new changes. Learning about commissioning, contracts, and other practice-related policies. Training on specific skills like prescribing, chronic disease management, and clinical updates. Networking and Knowledge Sharing: Sharing best practices, techniques, and experiences with peers. Discussing how others manage challenges like call/recall, vaccination, and patient care. Local Information and Services: Updates on local services, new initiatives, and how they affect roles. Information on local public health priorities, ICS (Integrated Care System) activities, and referral pathways. Professional Development: Updates on terms and conditions, pay gaps, and career progression opportunities. Professional issues, including role clarity, accountability, and employment contracts. Long-term conditions like diabetes, asthma, COPD, cardiovascular diseases, and chronic disease management. 2. Specific interest in hearing from specialists such as Professor Chowdhuryand other consultants. 3. Topics like men's health, male UTI, prostatitis, STI screening, IUDs, and greener asthma care. Updates and Guidelines: 1. Information on the transition from Open Exeter. 2. Implementation of the new NCLICB Long Term Condition clinic, including structure, use of templates, and timings. 3. Updates on national and local health policies, QoF changes, and immunization strategies. 4. Up-to-date news and referral pathways, especially in the local area. Specialist Nurses and Community Clinics: 1. Input from specialist nurses or community clinic specialists in fields such as wound care, dressings, leg ulcers, and infection control. 2. Desire for sessions with hospital specialists to bridge the gap between secondary care and general practice. Training and Education: 1.
