OS1:Improve the attractiveness of degree and skills training to increase recruitment at national and regional level Bring innovations in the field of training: Develop digital education: E.learning; Telemedicine ; Tele-expertise; videoconference (private training structures et Health system); Strengthen the availability of training of skills abroad the country by creating secondary centers for training on simulation Improve the offer in terms of diploma courses: Introduce new Masters or PhD: Master and PhD Vaccinology; Master's degree in mother and child nutrition; Creation of Interuniversity Degrees with partner universities Accelerate the accreditation of all CEA-SAMEF diplomas 10 scholarships per program for best students

OS2:Make more efficient operational research and funding of research projects Pooling relevant research projects in relation to solve population health problems to optimize funding (organize workshops according to a well-defined agenda); Develop joint projects for a more appropriate submission for grants (organize workshops according to a well-defined agenda)

OS3:Improve the mobility of students and teachers at the subregional level Financing mobility and student-to-student exchanges at the subregional level; ACE in English speaking Promoting the mobility of teachers as part of the support for the various training courses in African universities Funding complementary training wich are useful for our universities and health system (4 internship funding by DES, Master, PhD)
