Your Presentation Slides Here Goal of the retreat: Collectively discuss and summarize experience and lessons learned at PIP2IT with a goal of applying them to PIP2IT CM test stand and PIP-II to address deficiencies and improve performance of technical systems and operational procedures. Emphasis will be given to technical systems. Operational aspects will be considered too. Based on demonstrated performance, system owners and the project need to understand what works and can be implemented at PIP-II and PIP2IT CM test and what did not work and has to or can be improved or changed. Summarize path forward after PIP2IT towards PIP2IT CM test stand and PIP-II The main goal is to understand whether we have a plan for path forward with required changes, modifications, and whether this plan is part of the project scope, cost, and schedule. There is no need to go deeply into details of the plan If we do not have path forward defined or included into the project s scope, cost, schedule, please, say it.
