Submit a Short List (Not to exceed ten names) to Mark Brink for Validation. Contact All References and Other Helpful Sources as Appropriate Interview the Candidates by Phone, Online or In Person. Onsite Interviews are Strongly Recommended for Final Candidates. Once the Committee has Reached Consensus, a Call May Then be Extended According to the Congregation s Constitution and Bylaws.
