THE RIGHT PLACE Principles of cultivation

ISAIAH 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

PRINCIPLE 1 The right place is cultivated in our lives through a posture of humility and brokenness

ISAIAH 66:1-2 (1) Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? (2) For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the Lord: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

PRINCIPLE 2 The right place is cultivated in our lives through a trembling at God s words

JOHN 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

PRINCIPLE 3 The right place is cultivated in our lives through true worship

PSALM 84:10-11 (10) For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. (11) For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

THE RIGHT PLACE The temple of the Holy Ghost

1 CORINTHIANS 3:9, 16-17 (9) For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building (16) Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? (17) If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
