The new feature enables: Users to assign a private health facility for their patients This private health facility can be selected across any geography After assignment, both the current and private health facility will have the Description of Changes access to the patient case record Nikshay will generate benefits based on the current health facility.

Note: All public health action and the DBT process will be carried out based on the current health facility in Nikshay. Message displayed after successful submission
