Process flow for Sell of Shares in TZ market (Pre-Trade) Client must send SCBT instructions To give broker Trading access rights T+0 (Pre-Trade) Client sends a sell order to the broker Broker executes the sell trade in the market (10:00am to 4:00pm) T T +2 by 14:00 T+2 by 12:00 hrs client sends SCBT settlement instructions by 17:00 hrs Broker send Trade contract Notes to Client and SCBT SCBT affirms / negatively affirms the sell trade at the depository T + 3 T +2 by 14:15 hrs SCBT sends a match/ mismatch notification to clients T + 3 @ 0930 0935 hrs the depository settles the trades By 1000 hrs SCBT sends Settlement confirmation to clients
Process flow for Purchase of shares in TZ market (Pre-Trade) Client must send SCBT instructions To give broker Trading access rights T+0 (Pre-Trade) Broker executes the purchase trade in the market (10:00am to 4:00pm) Client sends a purchase order to the broker T T + 2 by 12:00 hrs client sends SCBT settlement instructions & funding T +2 by 17:00 hrs Broker send Trade contract Notes to Client and SCBT by 14:00 hrs SCBT affirms/ negatively affirms the trade at the depository T + 3 @ 09:00am SCBT transfers settlement funds into a settlement trust account at the central bank T+2 by 14:15 hrs SCBT sends a match/ mismatch notification to client T + 1 @ 0930 0935 hrs the depository settles trades T + 1 By 1000 hrs SCBT sends Settlement confirmation to client
