Procurement Shared Service Center Website http://u.osu.edu/pssc Staffing New Fiscal Associate on Charlie Coutellier s team will be starting May 3. Joel Hatem has been hired from the Vendor maintenance team in Purchasing. Karla Vick stated on April 3rd and will be supporting several of the Business & Finance Areas as well as Government Affairs Brian Faranato left the PSSC on 4/11 to move to California. Brian s replacement should start in the next few weeks. Next Call May 18, 2017 @ 10:00 AM 9

Procurement Shared Service Center PCard Updates Effective April 1, 2017 ALL PCard Applications and Maintenance forms administered by DocuSign ONLY. Fax, Paper or Scanned Attachments will be returned. Training for DocuSign Submissions is required for Sender. Once training is complete, you must log into my.osu.edu to complete the eSignature authorization request When sending electronic maintenance forms or applications, please include your service center representative or Frank Grubb (grubb.21@osu.edu) in the Service Center notification boxes. 10

Procurement Shared Service Center Revision to Vendor Set up Form Vendor setup form has been updated to include new payment fields. There will no longer be a link to a separate EFT Form The Vendor Setup Form can be found at: http://controller.osu.edu/ap/ap-home.shtm If you are requesting any action to a university vendor, who does not have forms on file, you may be requested to provide additional information. Incomplete or missing information may delay processing time. See University Vendor Maintenance Request Instructions for more information on what forms are required 11

Thermo Life Sciences Update Thermo Life Sciences (formerly Life Tech / Affymetrix, USB, and eBioscience) are being consolidated into one entity Affymetrix and eBioscience websites are being retired in April of 2017. Thermo Life Sciences made the decision to no longer offer Life Technologies, Affymetrix, or eBioscience through the MBSC effective April 30th? at the end of April. Future orders for Affymetrix and eBioscience products should be placed through e-stores Thermo Life Science / Life Technologies catalogs
