Remember that circumstances may change during your trip, and you may be subject to travel restrictions or required to self-isolate on your return to the UK, even if you have no symptoms of the virus.

  4. Institute of Ophthalmology Coronavirus advice If you (or another member of staff) need to self- isolate, you should inform your immediate supervisor or line manager. If you are able to work remotely you should liaise with them to arrange this. Staff who are directly employed by UCL who are not able to work remotely will be placed on paid special leave.
