Tsitsi is a senior development practitioner with over 15 years of experience programming, women s rights, research, programme management, grant making, strategy development, results based management development. She supports governments, regional, bilateral institutions and CSOs at national, regional and international levels. She is currently Senior International Development Officer at Global Affairs Canada where she manages the Gender Portfolio for the High Commission of Canada in South Africa and accredited countries as well project manager on the Pan Africa and Regional Development Programme.
