What is Project Carte What is Project Carte- -Blanche ? Deep research has shown that we have moved from the Industrial Age into a new age called the Knowledge Age . As we prepare to charter the unfamiliar terrain that lies ahead, we need a new kind of enabling device, very different competencies and a whole new sense of direction. For Education to become 21st Century Compliant, the following components must be added into our education system Viz., 5C Skills, Multiple Intelligences Platform, Digital Interventions, Multi-lingual Interfaces, Experiential Learning Implementation of Hybrid Learning lends towards personalized learning from any where, any place and from any device. This strategic approach of Project Carte Blanche is Social Schooling ensures a broader support base and a sustainable framework for education of the future. In this project, the schools and parents don t pay towards the transformation. The Idea is No Child Left Behind (NCLB). Here, the concept is the industry pays towards its future workforce; else there is going to be a crisis the education system will continue to train the work force which is suitable for the Industrial-Age concepts, while the requirement is that of a Knowledge-Age compliant work force. What is Hybrid Learning? Hybrid Learning is a combination of synchronous and asynchronous, virtual and physical which explicitly embraces effective Pedagogies, Infrastructure to allow All learners to access, understand, create, co-create and refine new knowledge. It is the cornerstone for a new educational paradigm and allows teachers and learners to pursue possibilities previously out of reach for all but a few learners. Hybrid Learning - is a hybrid approach that builds on the successes of flipped, blended, remote, distance and online learning to intentionally create learner-centred experiences that are profoundly personalized, relevant and engaging. Hybrid Learning Spaces: To convert an institution from a Physical to a Hybrid mode, the following components will be implemented in Class VIII, one section in the first year of the program: Automation of Operations, Digital Teaching-Learning Platform, Hybrid Learning Classroom Infrastructure, Connected Learning Community, Training, Accreditation and Digital Pedagogy. What is Skill Development Program Education reform has been high on the agenda for many systems, but has focused narrowly on literacy, numeracy, and high school graduation without addressing the holistic needs of students in an increasingly unpredictable global society. Quality learning must be built on the interests of students along the following dimensions: Connecting to purpose and meaning Challenging students to have high expectations Positioning learning goals that focus beyond the basics Using engaging pedagogies Building relationships and belongingness Providing opportunities to contribute to the world
What is Skill Development Program Currently, India s skilling is emerging, which is between 25% and 50%. The Northern Europe skills are cutting edge, which are between 75% to 100%. This is the reason why India is still a developing country and why Europe has a developed economy. The following industry segments will participate in the Skill Hub initiative of Project Carte Blanche. The Industry Experts will train students for the different skills. The intention is to raise the Skilling Index to become Cutting Edge . What is Adolescent Health Program? What is Adolescent Health Program? Lectures on Physical & Mental Health Management Health Check-Up Kiosk Counselling Kiosk Infirmary RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARTE BLANCHE SCHOOLS Students should have regular health check-up programs using the health kiosk at least once every quarter to monitor their well-being. Parents should get their wards health information on Apps. Regular Check-up of students Health Drills and Physical Exercise Teacher Health Check-up Parental Health Check-up Community Involvement
