Fundar, Centre for Analysis and Research, is actively involved in promoting budget transparency in Mexico by engaging in dialogues, using open data, conducting workshops, and advocating for public participation in budget processes. Through various activities and initiatives, Fundar aims to enhance fiscal transparency and engage citizens in budget analysis and decision-making.

Open data has reduced the time needed to fully analyse federal public budgets Fundar is using information technologies and open data to push new projects, renew existing ones and to communicate to a broader audience through social media. Currently using statistical software to analyse recently transparency databases Reaching out to the Mexican public with technology published tax
Workshops with other CSO and thematic alliances to push for budget analysis Migration and disappeared people search coalitions in Mexico, Maternal health, Students (high school and college) Motivating citizens on budgets
