BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT The enterprise has a functional budget which is approved by the key personnel drawn from the FE Committee. Production and non production records are kept and weekly production and financial audits are done by council. The enterprise has not been able to acquire a bank account as their registration status is ongoing. Timelines have been set to push for registration, and bank account to be by end of November 2024. MARKETING AND SAVINGS MARKETING AND SAVINGS Village Savings and Loan Group Village Savings and Loan Group We have 4 VSLA Groups that has been in existence from August 2024 The group has accessed financing from Gender Links and land, borehole drilling, irrigation equipment, admin and technical support, market and agronomy services from Umguza Rural District Council.
