Persona Doll Training Persona Doll Training (PDT) South Africa is a non-profit organization based in Cape Town and working nationally. The Persona Doll approach has been used extensively in many countries including the United kingdom, Australia, United States, Netherlands, Germany and Iceland, as well as in South Africa.
Why our work? Bias, prejudice and discrimination exists in society A need to transform places of work, our schools, our communities into inclusive, multilingual , anti bias places of learning. Prejudice and discrimination act as barriers to change and transformation. Change requires a process of unlearning and relearning. We are agents of change - we have a shared responsibility in working towards developing and maintaining a culture of human rights and dignity for all. WVL Need to advocate for funding We do need to see how Covid-19 can be an opportunity going forward and we should not reduce the problem just to care and nutrition. We need to use the opportunity to emphasize economic development, labour etc There is a need for engagement and collaboration with Government,Business,etc.
