Can Recovery Works NW provide additional rationale related to highly paid staff positions or otherwise reduce salaries? - Recovery Works NW reduced their budget by $125k including salary costs by waiting to hire for several months. - Recovery Works NW provided OHA substantial rationale for including a higher paid supervising physician (.5 FTE), as well as a MH Provider (LPC, LCSW or PsyD 1 FTE). - Removed naloxone from their budget as they were not funded to provide harm reduction. 2. How will Provoking Hope ensure peers are provided proper support and supervision to serve their community? - Provoking Hope will continue to partner with Yamhill County Health and Human Services to ensure peer staff are clinically supervised by Yamhill County CADC 1, as they have been for 10 years. 4

  5. OAC Subcommittee Concerns 3. How will Virginia Garcia ensure livable wage for their employees? - Virginia Garcia updated their budget to provide $23.51/hour to Certified Recovery Mentors. - Updated hiring plan to a more realistic timeline resulting in savings for the region. 4. The OAC chose not to fund the Yamhill Health and Human Services harm reduction services but would like to fund one of two nurse positions for wound care. - To address this feedback, Yamhill HSS removed a nurse position (1 FTE) along with additional significant reductions totaling nearly $1.7 million. 5
