Objectives Develop a conceptual/analytical sound and relevant framework CD 4.0 Propose concrete activities for implementation at various levels Suggest (new) funding modalities Build linkages to Cape Town Global Action Plan
Possible Activities Review a technical background paper Agree on a conceptual framework for CD 4.0 Propose types of activities and implementation modalities for each component
Suggested timeline Kick-off meeting in May First results at HLPF Input into HLG throughout the year Full report for UNSC 49th session and PARIS21 Annual Meetings in 2018
