Starting March 17th, all proposals will go through workflow in InfoEd. Advantages: -Data -A more consistent process -Action item lists Disadvantages -An additional layer of action required 1
Proposal Review and Submission Current Process Email used to let OSR know admin shell is ready for review New Process Status change used to let OSR know admin shell is ready for review OSR review notes/department updates over email OSR review notes/department updates tracked by status changes, with substantive content over email Email used to alert OSR that proposal is ready for final review Status change used to alert OSR that proposal is ready for final review Final review notes/department updates over email Final review notes/department updates tracked by status changes, with substantive content over email Proposal is submitted, GA changes status to submitted during closeout Proposal is submitted and OSR puts proposal into status ready for closeout 2
