Proposed collaboration with Boulder Care, Community Counseling Solutions Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) originally applied as a full BHRN CCS is a non-profit operating as the Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) for Morrow, Wheeler, Gilliam, Grant, Umatilla county regions Technical challenges eliminated original application CCS agreed to partner with Boulder Care to establish complete BHRNs in Grant, Gilliam, Wheeler county regions CCS will provide in-person access to all BHRN services Boulder Care will offer selected services via. telemedicine Increasing access to care in rural counties 5
