Provider Scorecard Sample Version This version is the only option that includes comments Header is still a challenge, but format will change in future Benchmarked with specialty for MDs only = Care Provider Capital N represents total being benchmarked with n is the number of responses Percentile rank is how the provider scored compared to peers in the peer group. Provider Scorecard Real WU Data Sample For Provider Scorecard, when benchmarked by specialty, N = # of physicians benchmarked with. Custom Peer Group Shown in slide 8 The current version we send shows likelihood of recommending the care provider. n is the number of responses Percentile rank is how the provider scored compared to peers in the peer group. Peer Group Why did we create a custom peer group? Inclusion in peer groups is determined on how the facility completed their initial profile. We wanted to compare to similar large academic medical centers, but only 4 institutions were in the Press Ganey Medical School peer group. Faculty Practice Plan 9
