Psalm 1v1 Watch your walk Not about watching every footstep, but about watching where you are going. Who are you keeping in step with? Can you see paths that would lead away from God?
Psalm 1v1 Watch your stand Be careful what you stand for. Do people associate you with faith? Joy? Goodness? Do you take a stand for the poor? For the lonely? How do you make your stand?
Psalm 1v1 Watch your sit Reclining - who bends your ear? Are they encouraging? Are they positive? What harm could mockers bring to you this year? People who put you down, who are negative about everyone. Are you hopeful this year? Are you positive? Expectant? Delighted?
Psalm 1v2 Watch your heart What will you meditate on? Psalm 19:14 What is the song in your head? What are you telling people about? What makes you happy?
Psalm 1v3 Watch your roots What you soak up will define whether you flourish. The wicked wither like chaff. Who are the wicked? If you don t put the roots down, you won t build the strength.
