Transfer from Repair Reserve Public Hearing June 9, 2022
Public Hearing notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with New York State General Municipal Law Section 6-d and 6-r, the Board of Education of the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School District, State of New York, County of Oswego (the District ), will conduct a public hearing on June 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., at APW Jr/Sr High School, 639 County Route 22, Parish, NY, in said District, for the purpose of entertaining and considering comment on the Board s proposal to appropriate excess funds from the Repair Reserve Fund to the 2020 Capital Reserve Fund and from the Repair Reserve Fund to the Retirement Reserve Fund. 2
Transfer from Repair Reserve Board workshop held on March 24, 2022 where the Board has identified the Repair Reserve to be overfunded and agrees to the transfer of $1,000,000 out of the Repair Reserve. The $1,000,000 will be transferred to: 1. Capital Reserve Construction 2020 2. Employee Retirement System (ERS) reserve *Amounts to each reserve to be determined for an amount totaling $1,000,000 3
