Patient experience interviews All appointments were on the phone largely delivering the results and telling me about the next test. It was great, I didn t have to go anywhere. Fantastic during lockdown. You phone, here I am. I had a couple of calls with Candice, very good, very explanatory. Especially when going into the unknown. Put my mind at ease It s good to have telephone appointments I have arthritis in both knees and trouble walking. Much better than dragging myself up to the hospital I had contact with Candice talked about general discussion to improve health, stop smoking, lose weight which is important, having someone to take the time and discuss
Areas to improve Only difficulty was that my partner couldn t hear, I had to try and make notes to tell her, but I m going a bit deaf. It might have been helpful to have a written summary of the call, and what is happening next. Several comments asking for clearer written information and more patient information
