  1. PURPOSE OF THE TEST To assess and EXAMINE the true inner attitudes and motives of those whom He calls. (1 Timothy 3:10)

  2. 10They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons. 1 Timothy 3:10

  4. PURPOSE OF THE TEST To EQUIP those whom God CALLED with spiritual UNDERSTANDING needed to help people.

  5. PURPOSE OF THE TEST Testing is built in into the system of faith. It is not a demonic activity. Testing of your faith is God s pre- requisite for trusting you. He will never trust someone whom He never tested.

  6. HOW WILL I KNOW IF I PASS THROUGH THE TEST OF PROMOTION? Do you want to grow as Christian? Do you want an effective ministry? Do you want to extend God s kingdom?

  7. THE TEST OF PROMOTION In our age, fear of FAILURE is very strong. Unless a person is walking in the SPIRIT, he may unconsciously sabotage the SUCCESS of his Christian walk or his ministry.

  8. DEEP IN HIS INNER MAN: He may believe that he does not DESERVE promotion.

  9. DEEP IN HIS INNER MAN: He may fear that SUCCESS brings with it a standard of faith that he cannot SUSTAIN for long.
