QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR A EUROPEAN CITIZEN TO COME AND STUDY IN LATVIA The admission process to institutions of higher education involves filling out the application and provide proof of having completed their secondary education, entrance exams, registration and matriculation. In Latvia both the Certificate of general secondary education and Diploma of secondary vocational education Citizens of the European Union and the European Economic Area need only present a valid passport or identity card to study in Latvia. https://fsd.rtu.lv/immigration-regulations/
PERSONAL INTERVIEW- CV- REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES CV detailing your educational background and professional experience, if applicable. Proof of English certificate Copies of passport identification pages A Motivation Letter- highlight why you would like to attend the chosen programme and explaining your future academic and career goals.
