Timeline Date Time Event June 24 8:00 AM Timetable available August 2 8:00 AM Shopping carts open August 9 Midnight (going into Aug 9) 3L Enrollment begins August 11 Midnight (going into Aug 11) 2L Enrollment begins August 10 Awards post September 6 Classes begin September 19 11:59 PM Last day to add-fall term September 30 All tuition and fees due October 7 11:59 PM Last day to drop-fall term January 10 Tuition due-winter* January 20 11:59 PM Last day to add-winter term February 3 11:59 PM Last day to drop-winter term

Degree Requirements From the Academic Calendar: First-year courses: 36 credits Credit Requirement: 59 Upper-year credits o Business Associations (440: fall only) & Civil Procedure (225: winter only) in 2L o Legal Ethics & Professionalism (334) in 2L or 3L Substantial term paper requirement, either 2L or 3L Practice skills AND Advocacy requirements (3 credits in each) Forms: https://law.queensu.ca/queenslawportal/jd-student-forms

  9. International Exchange Students will receive 15 credits upon successful completion of an exchange o Must enroll full time as per study agreement Students should only register for the term they plan to be on campus. If your plans change, you may enroll at that time.
