Recent Activities The ITS Multi-media Support Layer (ITS-MSL) lies between the upper application layer and the lower communication layer and supports various applications and wireless communication terminals. For ITS-MSL, ARIB Standard and supplemental Technical Report are being considered and prepared. 10
