  6. PC Roles and Responsibilities # Ensure your area meeting requirements are covered. Gather them, pass them to one of us in the OC (preferably Rainer) Make sure you get times, logistics, meeting size, AV, content, speaker, etc requirements Maximize participation in your groups/regions/areas. Look at the program overall for continuity, consistency, adherence to RDA principles. Telecon January 8 (tbc) to discuss overall program in advance of TAB presentation. Also attend as many of the Planning telecons as your schedule permits RDA/US is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation

Time Line # November 19, 2014: Publish Call for P5 Sessions December 15, 2014: Call for P5 Session closes January 15, 2015: TAB review of session scheduling January 26, 2015: Notification of acceptance February 9, 2015: Final program published March 7-12, 2015: Pre-P5, P5, and Post-P5 activities in San Diego RDA/US is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation

Other Items # Need a co-chair for the PC Need someone on the PC to be aware of collocated meetings The ones I know about so far, dates and locations still TBD 12th WDS Scientific Committee Meeting tentatively March 6 8 at SIO PASIG tentatively March 12 and 13 at UCSD BioCADDIE still in planning stages RDA/US is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation
