Re-Evaluations Effective September 1, 2018 Environmental Documents must be re-evaluated: When entering a new project phase (ROW, Utilities, Construction) Project phase must be identified in the re-evaluation Other phases may be authorized during a 90 day period A re-evaluation for a particular phase is acceptable for 2 years Two months into the new process and no authorization delays have occured
