  4. So what is different this year? H.S.A. will sponsor outdoor in person events this year in the fall and spring and will do remote/delivery events in the winter. In person Block Parties and Book Fairs, potentially Halloween events depending on health conditions related to COVID. Winter contactless delivery events. Spring in person Field Days and Block Parties. Elimination of HR Rep Chair positions. Communication will be directly with your school s VP s.

  5. PTBoard Digital Platform readingtonhsa.ptboard.com PTBoard will be used for H.S.A. announcements, volunteer sign ups, reminders, H.S.A. calendar, district directory, and Invest donations. It is so important for parents to place their students into their PTBoard classroom so that they receive class communications from the H.S.A.

  6. Back to School Night (BTSN) Please help us put our best foot forward! Introduce yourself to your teacher and your partner before BTSN Prepare to give a brief presentation virtually Invest, PTBoard, BoxTops and AmazonSmile

BTSN Presentation Invest In Your Child, the H.S.A. s primary fundraiser Provides 30% of the funding for the H.S.A. s total budget In 2019-20, only 38% of the families in the district Invested $45 per family, not per child Pay conveniently online at PTBoard Become a voting member of the H.S.A. and receive district directory October 30th deadline

  10. Summary The H.S.A. relies on you to communicate effectively with the parents in your classroom. The teacher relies on you to coordinate parent volunteers to help with the needs of your classroom. You help parents give back to teachers through your help with collections of donations for teachers throughout the year.
